Keyholder and Police response

All of our alarms may be Remote signalled, using a simple speech dialler that directly calls key holders, or alarm signals that are directed via our nominated receiving centre, the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). From the ARC, the signals are passed to keyholders, Police or the Fire Brigade, as appropriate. The method of signalling the ARC may be from a standard landline, through fully monitored Redcare/GSM dual path signalling or IP/GSM dual path signalling.
