High quality house alarm and security products

The security engineer responsible for specifying your security system does so from a range of high quality products chosen by us for their reliability and value for money.

Detailed, FREE no-obligation quotations

Following the site visit, you’ll receive a detailed security alarm specification and quotation, confirming alarm and security recommendations for your house as discussed with your engineer and are also designed to meet current relevant British or European standards in line with insurance company requirements. Given that most systems are hardwired for reliability, it is a point of pride for us that we make the wiring as unobtrusive as possible.

Continuity of service

Wherever possible, the person who carried out the original site visit will install your alarm. This continuity of service means that there is complete understanding about what is involved and what has been agreed upon, ensuring a fast and effective alarm installation service.

Keyholder and police response

All of our home alarms may be remote signalled, using a simple speech dialler that directly calls keyholders, or alarm signals that are directed via our nominated receiving centre, the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). From the ARC, the signals are passed to the keyholder and/or Police, as appropriate. The method of signalling the ARC may be from a standard landline, through fully monitored Redcare/GSM dual path signalling or IP/GSM dual path signalling.

Simply a phone call away

Aftercare is as important to us as your alarm installation, so, if you have the slightest issue with the alrm in your house or question about your system, we are simply a phone call away. In the event of an emergency call out, we aim to attend within one hour, day or night.
